M/S Khan Revive is seeking a talented Tele & Chat Support Executive to join our team in Mirpur, Dhaka. In this exciting role, you'll provide exceptional customer service through phone calls and online chats, building strong relationships and exceeding client expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Official Documents Handling

  • Respond to client calls and messages promptly and professionally.

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage potential and existing clients.

  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints, providing accurate and helpful information.

  • Conduct client and market visits (when required) to build and maintain strong relationships.

  • Work towards achieving set sales targets through strategic planning and lead conversion.

  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales progress.

  • Submit regular reports to supervisors for review.
